Adult Beginner Classes

Our Adult Beginner Group Class is designed for anyone new to tennis or returning after a long break. In a supportive and relaxed environment, we focus on building strong fundamentals—grip, footwork, rally skills, and consistent contact—while keeping every session fun and engaging.

You’ll learn the foundations of each stroke, develop confidence hitting with others, and start understanding basic match play and scoring. No experience is required, and everyone progresses at their own pace.

This class is perfect for adults looking to get active, try something new, meet people, or simply enjoy the sport for the first time. Tennis is a lifelong game, and we make sure you feel comfortable from day one.

Adult Advanced Classes

Our Adult Advanced Group Class is designed for experienced players who are comfortable rallying, serving, and playing full points. This session focuses on elevating your tactical awareness, shot selection, movement patterns, and competitive consistency.

Each class blends high-intensity drills with point-based scenarios, helping you sharpen your strengths and develop reliable patterns under pressure. We’ll work on advanced stroke variations, net play, serve-and-return strategies, and building a complete game style that suits you.

While the training is challenging, the environment is supportive and encouraging. This class is perfect for players who enjoy competing—whether socially or in tournaments—and want structured coaching to keep improving.
